The ETA is SGD 50 per person all in, which includes the AUD 20 Australian Government service fee. The subclass 600 visitor visa is SGD 300 per person payable to us, covering our service fee and the Home Affairs visa application charge, plus SGD 41.50 paid directly to VFS Global for biometrics at AVAC — around SGD 341.50 in total. A medical examination, if Home Affairs requests one, is charged separately by the panel clinic.

Yes. We handle Australia applications for Singapore Citizens, PRs, Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit and LTVP holders. Your pass should stay valid well past your return date — a pass expiring soon after your trip weakens the case that you intend to come back.
There is no published threshold. The case officer is assessing whether your funds are credible for your specific itinerary and whether you have genuine reasons to return home. Consistency matters more than the number: a steady balance across three months with regular salary credits reads far better than a large deposit that lands the week before you apply. We review your statements and tell you honestly if they are likely to be a problem.
Yes, on a subclass 600. Alongside her own documents, we will need a sponsor and explanation letter from you covering why she is needed on the trip, your three months of bank statements and payslips, and your own approved Australian visa or ETA. If she is travelling to care for a child or an elderly family member, we also need that person's passport and, for a child, the birth certificate.
No. Neither permits paid work. Both cover tourism, visiting family and friends, and business visitor activities such as meetings, conferences and contract negotiations. Working on a visitor visa risks cancellation and future refusals.
Government charges are not refunded. You receive written reasons, and in most cases you can reapply addressing the grounds for refusal — but a previous refusal must be declared on every future Australian application, so the second attempt is harder than the first. This is precisely why we review the whole file before lodging rather than after.
Possibly, but not on an ETA. Apply for the subclass 600 and disclose it with police certificates and supporting character documents so it can be assessed properly. Arriving on an ETA with an undisclosed conviction can mean being refused entry at the airport after you have already flown.
