One visa, 29 European countries. Victory Travel prepares your application, checks every document before it goes in, books your biometric appointment and manages the submission — so your file lands at the consulate complete the first time.
A short-stay Schengen visa (Type C) lets you travel across the whole zone on one sticker. Your days are counted for the area as a whole, not per country.
Bulgaria and Romania completed full Schengen membership in 2025, joining Croatia which entered in 2023. Ireland and Cyprus remain outside the zone and need separate visas.
Send us scans first. We review everything and tell you what is missing before you commit to an appointment — a rejected file costs you the fee and the trip. Originals are only needed on the day of submission.
Transparent pricing, no hidden charges — our service fee is separate from the government and visa centre charges, so you can see exactly what goes where.
Consular fees are set by the European Commission in euros and converted at the visa centre's rate on the day. All fees — ours, the consulate's and the visa centre's — are non-refundable once an application is lodged, regardless of the outcome. Fees correct at time of publication and subject to change.
You attend one appointment in person. We handle everything on either side of it.
WhatsApp us your travel dates, countries and number of applicants. We confirm which consulate you apply to.
Email or WhatsApp e-copies of everything on the checklist. We check each document and flag what is missing or wrong.
Forms completed, documents ordered and printed. Collect the set from our office or we deliver it to you.
We book your slot at VFS or BLS. You attend in person with your original passport, passes and printed documents.
Your passport stays with the consulate for roughly 10–15 working days after biometrics.
We notify you the moment it is ready. Collect from the visa centre, or use their door-to-door courier.
Two new European border systems affect travellers from Singapore. Neither replaces the Schengen visa if you need one, but both change what happens at the border.
The questions our visa desk answers most often about Schengen applications from Singapore.
Allow two weeks to one month end to end. The consulate typically takes 10 to 15 working days after your biometric appointment, but the appointment slot itself is often booked several weeks ahead, particularly June to August and in December. Start six to eight weeks before departure.
Yes. We process Schengen applications for Singapore Citizens, PRs, Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit and LTVP holders. Your pass should remain valid for at least three months beyond your return date. Domestic helpers can also apply, with additional documents from the employer.
The country where you spend the most nights. If nights are split evenly between two countries, apply to the one you enter first. Send us your itinerary and we work it out before anything is prepared.
You may lodge an application up to six months before your intended departure, and no later than 15 calendar days before. We recommend six to eight weeks ahead so there is room for appointment availability.
There is no single published figure — consulates assess whether your funds are credible for your specific itinerary, looking at duration, destination and how you are funding the trip. What matters more is consistency: a steady balance over three months reads far better than a large deposit that appears the week before you apply. We review your statements and tell you honestly if they are likely to be a problem.
Yes, once — for biometrics. Fingerprints and a photograph are captured at the visa centre. If you have given Schengen biometrics within the last 59 months they may be reused, but the consulate decides this case by case.
Fees are not refunded. The consulate issues a refusal letter stating the grounds, and you can either appeal within the deadline stated or reapply with a stronger file. This is exactly why we review every document before submission rather than after.
Largely, yes. Document review, form preparation and appointment booking are all handled remotely by email or WhatsApp. You collect the printed set from our office at Sam Leong Road or we arrange delivery, and you attend the biometric appointment yourself.
Send us your travel dates and pass type. We will come back with the right consulate, a personalised document checklist and a firm quote — usually within one business hour.
